Returns & Cancellations
At Lotusbliss, we aim to deliver joy and elegance with every purchase, but we understand that sometimes your preferences might change. If your recent purchase doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry! We are here to make the process of returns and cancellations as seamless as possible. Our straightforward 3-step return policy ensures you’re never stuck with something you don’t love.
We issue refunds in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the product value for your future purchase. Below are the steps to return your Lotusbliss products:
1. Inform
If you wish to return a product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email the product name and images to our team at support@lotusbliss.com.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
2. Return
After approval:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and has all its original tags.
- Ship it back to us within 5 days of approval at your expense.
Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us. If the product is returned without its original packaging, or if it arrives damaged, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to process your refund coupon code.
3. Refund
Once we receive your returned package:
- We’ll notify you within 24–48 hours and perform a quality check.
- If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund coupon code as per our refund policy.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Timeline: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, we will process your refund either as a coupon code or a refund to your original payment method (with a 5% payment gateway deduction).
- For COD orders, you will receive a confirmation call before shipping.
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
Refunds are provided as coupon codes:
- The coupon code can be redeemed for a future purchase.
- It has 1-year validity and is a one-time-use code.
Applicable Deductions
- For orders returned to our warehouse, ₹250 will be deducted to cover forward and reverse shipping costs.
- If the order included free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted as a shipping charge.
- Refund codes cannot be reused or combined with other offers.
Other Terms
- A maximum of two refund codes can be issued for any single order.
- Token amounts paid for COD orders are non-refundable. (₹250 will be deducted for shipping expenses.)
- Damaged or incomplete products are ineligible for refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- All products sold on our website are eligible for returns, except those reported beyond the 48-hour window or not received within the 5-day timeline.
- Returned products must pass a quality check.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Product Received
At LotusBliss, every product undergoes a multi-level quality check to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. However, if you receive a damaged product due to mishandling during transit, here’s what to do:
- Inform Within 48 Hours:
- Email us at support@lotusbliss.com with photos or videos of the damaged product.
- Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you further.
- Reverse Pickup (India Only):
- Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- If the product is not ready for pickup, you’ll need to ship it back at your expense.
- Resolution:
- After the reverse pickup, we will replace the product (subject to availability) or issue a refund coupon code equivalent to the product value.
- No refunds will be issued in monetary form for damage or replacement cases.
Refund Processing Time
Refund coupon codes will be issued within 3 working days after we receive the returned product or approve a cancellation request.
