ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?
Yes, we offer COD shipping across India with a fixed Cash on Delivery charge of ₹125 per order.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay using a variety of secure options:

  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI, Google Pay, PayTM
  • Wallets supported on our website

3. Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not! All charges (including shipping and COD, if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout. What you see is what you pay.

4. My money got debited, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Don’t worry—your money is safe!

Wait for 10 minutes and check your bank account.

If the amount is not refunded automatically, email us at support@lotusbliss.in with:

  • Transaction details
  • Your full name
  • The email ID used during checkout
    We’ll respond promptly between 10 AM TO 6 PM on weekdays.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5. How long will delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–6 business days
  • Express Delivery: 48–72 hours (where applicable; not guaranteed)

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number
  • live tracking link
    Please ensure you enter your email ID during checkout to receive these updates.

7. When will my order be delivered?
Once your package is out for delivery, our courier partner will call you to confirm the delivery time.
Your package will be handed over only after OTP verification, so keep your phone handy.

8. What happens if I miss my delivery?
    Each order is attempted three times before it’s returned to our warehouse.
If undelivered:

  • We can reship your prepaid order with an additional shipping cost of ₹125.
  • If you choose to cancel, a refund coupon code will be issued after deducting ₹250 (for forward & reverse shipping).

9. Which courier partners do you use?
     We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery and Shiprocket for safe and reliable delivery across India.


🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

10. What is your return policy?
       We offer a 3-step return process:

Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Send:

    • Product name
    • Images
    • Unboxing/opening video (mandatory) to support@lotusbliss.in
    • Upon approval, return the unused product in its original packaging within 5 days
      ⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

11. Who pays the return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping. Use a reliable courier and share tracking details.
For damaged items with valid video proof, we may arrange a reverse pickup (India only) at no extra cost.

12. What kind of refund will I get?
We issue coupon codes (store credits) equal to the product value:

  • Valid for 1 year
  • One-time use only
  • Not combinable with other offers or reused

13. Are there any deductions in the refund?
Yes:

  • ₹250 for shipping (both ways)
  • ₹125 if the order had free shipping
  • COD token amounts are non-refundable

14. What if I receive a damaged product?

  • Email us within 48 hours with photos/videos and a mandatory unboxing video.
  • If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and either:
    • Send a replacement (if available), or
    • Issue a refund coupon code

💡 No cash refunds for damaged or replacement cases.

15. How long does the refund take?
       Once we receive your return and verify everything, your coupon code will be issued within 3 working days.

16. Can I cancel my order?
       Yes—only before it is shipped.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund via coupon code or original payment method (5% deduction applies for gateway fees)
  • COD orders: You'll receive a confirmation call before shipping

17. How many times can I return items per order?
      We allow a maximum of two refund coupon codes per order.

18. What items are ineligible for return?

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items not returned within 5 days of approval
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Returns without unboxing/opening video proof
