🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India.

Fixed COD charge: ₹125 per order.

COD orders are verified via phone before shipping and require OTP confirmation at delivery.

₹125 flat COD fee applies, regardless of order value.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 business days

Rest of India: 4–6 business days

Express Delivery (where available): 48–72 hours

🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

📦 Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will call you once the package is out for delivery.

An OTP verification is mandatory for successful delivery.

If delivery is missed, it will be reattempted up to 3 times.
🛑 Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts:

We can reship the order with an additional charge of ₹125.

If canceled, we will issue a refund coupon code after deducting ₹250 to cover shipping both ways.
