Return & Refund Policy – Lotusbliss

At Lotusbliss, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process.

📦 Returns

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@lotusbliss.com with product images and details.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval, at the customer's expense.

  • A product unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return requests.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon code equal to the product value.

  • The coupon is valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases.

  • No monetary refunds are provided, except for prepaid order cancellations made before shipping (subject to a 5% deduction).

  • A deduction of ₹250 may apply to cover shipping and return logistics.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 48-hour window or without proper packaging.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless received damaged).

🔁 Damaged Product?

  • Inform us within 48 hours with photos or videos.

  • Upon approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (India only) and issue a replacement or refund coupon.
